Vicki Chapman, Founder and President
A journeywoman and master electrician licensed in Massachusetts, Vicki founded Chapman Construction Group, Inc. (CCGI) in 2002. When she entered Boston’s JATC apprenticeship program in 1987, she was one of only five women in her class. Prior to founding Chapman Construction Group, she worked as a field electrician with J. & M. Brown Company, Norfolk Electric, and Mass Electric Construction. She has hands-on involvement in all aspects of CCGI projects, including project planning, project management and supervision and project commissioning.
Sue Chapman, CEO
Sue Chapman joined Chapman Construction Group as CEO in 2009 and has a Construction Supervisor’s license in Massachusetts. Her responsibilities include managing company operations, as well as project pre-planning, estimating, safety, and construction supervision. She is an OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer. Prior to her career in electrical construction at CCGI, Sue’s earlier career was as a bio-science professional. She served as a medical specialist/technician in the Army Reserves from 1984 to 1992. Sue holds an Associate of Science degree from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College.
